2008 HAWKS VOLLEYBALL

Hawks Volleyball is open to player’s age 5yrs–14yrs.  If your child was 14yrs old or younger on August 1, 2007 they are eligible. The players AGE on Aug 1, 2007 determines team placement, Not GRADE in school.

Getting on a team: Returning players are placed onto teams first, siblings have second priority and new players -with completed registration forms- are placed onto teams on a space available basis.

Teams: Once you player has been placed on a team, you will be contacted by your coach. If we can not put your child on a team you will be called and your money will be refunded as needed.

Practices: 1/12 hr - 2 hours sessions, once a week.  Locations TBA. Times can  be between 5:00 pm & 9pm at location throughout the Parker area. Practice will begin the first week of March.

Games: Games will be played at Sportbridge facilities in the Inverness Business Park. Matches begin in early March and games runs thru  mid May.   Schedules will be available the second week of March.  We understand that everyone has plans to make and wants this information quickly.  The AYL will post it on there website when it is available, the link is www.aylsports.com click on volleyball. 

Uniforms: There is a space on the registration form for uniform top size needed.  Navy shorts can be purchased as needed.  Shorts with logos, writing or colored piping are not allowed.  All players are REQUIRED to wear their complete uniform with the correct roster number on the uniform in order to play in an AYL match. 
Knee pads are STRONGLY suggested. Sock style can be determined by the team.
